Set up your account, navigate the app, and start managing your store in minutes.

Overview

GrocerTools gives your team three tools to reduce shrink, organize promotions, and track waste — all in one place:

Sale Cards

Design and print promotional sale cards for your store shelves. Upload products in bulk or add them one at a time.

Expiration Tracker

Monitor products nearing expiration. Convert expiring items to sale cards or log them as waste before they become a loss.

Waste Management

Log spoiled, damaged, or unsold products. View reports by reason, location, and date range to identify patterns.

All three tools are scoped to the store you select — switching stores instantly switches the data you see.

Selecting Your Store

GrocerTools is built for multi-store organizations. Before you can see any data, you need to choose which store you want to work in.

  1. 1Find the store selector in the header, next to the GrocerTools logo.
  2. 2Click the store name to open the switcher dropdown.
  3. 3Select the store you want to work in.
  4. 4The page reloads and all tools now show that store's data.

If you see "Select a store to view..." on any page, that means no store is selected yet. Pick one from the header selector to continue.

Your store selection is saved in the URL, so bookmarking a page always returns you to the same store. If your organization only has one store, it may be selected automatically.

Getting Help

Two help resources are always available, no matter what page you are on:

In-App Help

Click your email in the top right and choose Help. A panel opens with articles filtered to the module you are currently using. On mobile, tap the menu icon and then Help at the bottom.

Documentation

Choose Documentation from the account menu to open this docs site. Each guide covers a module end to end, with step-by-step walkthroughs and troubleshooting tables.

Managing Your Profile

  1. 1Click your email address in the top right corner.
  2. 2Select Logout to see the full account menu, or go to Settings from the sidebar.
  3. 3Under your profile section, update your name, email, or password.
  4. 4Click Save Changes when done.

Passwords must be at least 12 characters. Your email address is used for login and any notification emails from GrocerTools.
