1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GrocerTools ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GrocerTools provides software tools for grocery stores including sale card management, expiration tracking, and waste management. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. The first 50 customers receive one year of free service. After the free period ends, standard pricing applies unless you cancel your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GrocerTools and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

7. Data Ownership and Backup

You retain all rights to data you enter into the Service. We maintain regular backups but recommend you maintain your own copies of critical data. We are not liable for any data loss.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROCERTOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
